The work is always fueled by your discomfiture in not knowing exactly what’s going on. I want to make it clear that is okay to not know what the fuck is going on. Disorientation is intrinsic to exploration. In fact, the exploratory opportunities that film and media provide are what excite me most about these mediums. They require you to conglomerate a variety of mediums, in order to produce a single product. You must research and inquire many forms of art, ideas, cultures and environments to successfully build your own visual and audial world. I appreciate this aspect because I'm constantly exploring and experiencing a wide variety of content, which include music, videos, photography, film, and literature. This variety in consumption is not special; most of us do it everyday without much effort. However, the extent of variety to my consumption is what is notable .

If you glanced at my YouTube history, my Spotify library, the stacks of books around my room or even the records that sit in the milk crate by my feet, you would find that my interests are quite vast. Like most everyone, I love music--all kinds. For the most part, any genre you name, I could also name an artist or album I like from it. To put it simply, I try to keep an open mind to every thing I encounter. I'm all about the adventure, the mystery and the discovery.
